Buteyko Breathing Instructors – New Jersey
Annie Armstrong – Princeton
I am 43 years old and now I finally know what I truly want to teach! My grandma was the founder of a college that started with 2 students and 2 type writers. She was a beautiful role model and would always say,” In this life we should strive to make others lives better because we were there.”
This moto is definitely ingrained in me and now I finally know one way, I will make an impact on the universe. Thanks to Buteyko, Oxygen Advantage, and Wim Hof Method, I am on a path I believe in and I have so much to learn as I am getting deeper into myself and the method. I struggle with anxiety and depression at times. I have watched loved ones pass due to mental illness and substance abuse. I have struggled with my own issues regarding- escaping this messed up reality we are possibly being projected.
I have noticed some of the most beautiful beings get so mixed up and these outside sources of escape end up leading to our demise.
Patrick Mckeown and Wim Hof have taught me how to connect from inside myself so I can heal and do not have to search outside myself. I am also a certified Wim Hof Instructor as well as Level 1 Biohacker from Kasper Van Der Meulen’s certification.
Kasper Van Der Meulen (Master Wim Hof teacher and Biohacker) introduced me to Buteyko when I was certifying for Wim Hof. The interesting thing I learned is we should be working on Buteyko first as the building blocks for all these methods until we get our breathing functional again. This goes for even many top of the line athletes!
A good teacher is always a student. I am so excited to dedicate my life to learning and guiding beautiful souls to tap into their own true nature and inner fire!
It would be my honor to work with anyone needing psycho physiological work or help with functional breathing and athletic performance.

As a physical therapist, Michael has successfully incorporated the Buteyko Method Program into a variety of his patient treatment and rehabilitation programs for individuals who have presented with dysfunctional breathing issues that were adversely impacting their recovery from injury or illness. Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist State of New Jersey. Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Open Water Scuba Diver, Functional Capacity Evaluator, CPR.
With a willing mind and mindset, the Buteyko Method Program can provide a transformative experience of how an individual relates to their breath as well as develop and utilize new skills to improve their breathing, reduce breathlessness, improve their sleep, and reduce fear and anxiety associated with breathlessness
Currently Michael is only working with patients who have been referred for outpatient physical therapy by their physician for dyspnea during normal activities or individuals who have orthopedic, work or sports related injuries and who concurrently demonstrate dysfunctional breathing habits.

Kecskes Marton Adorjan
After struggling for 23 years with seasonal depression, social anxiety, allergies, frequent colds that would turn into full blown asthma attacks followed by hospitalization and having conventional symptomatic treatment (inhalers, steroids) Mr. Ady first learnt about the Buteyko Method in Hungary in 2013. It was a lifechanging experience. It was the first time ever he regained control of his health, became asthma free and could manage more easily his anxiety and depression. Regaining his health, finishing his Masters studies in Music & Education he embarked on a global journey and became a digital nomad. After dedicating 1000s of hours and several years learning informally about human behavior (one of his passions), traveling/working/living in more than 55 countries and further refining his own Buteyko Self-Practice with other elements (Clinical Dietary Protocols) he decided to become an accredited and certified Buteyko Clinic Practitioner in 2020. His dedicated self-practice allowed him to achieve great results (4-6 hour sleep, 30-40 sec MCP/BOLT score). He is mostly based in Asia with occasional relocations to Europe & the Americas. Aside from his dedicated profession he is also interested in languages (being fluent in 4), cultures (continues to travel), personality psychology (to tailor & customize his services, Big5) and the latest cancer research (PKD, metabolic health) and on a broader scale about lifestyle disease in general.
To make the Buteyko Method more accessible in Asia he provides online instruction at very low cost!!!

With education and gentle, sustainable practices, healing and change are within your reach.
When I heard Patrick give a talk at the 2020 Feldenkrais Summit, I was amazed to learn that breathing biochemistry is primary to healthy breathing. In my 20 years as a Feldenkrais Practitioner, I had been helping people free up and organize their trunk muscles for healthy breathing, but didn’t know about the biochemical part of healthy breath.
I learned the Buteyko practices first before deciding to take the Buteyko coach training. Drawing a full breath has been a struggle since my teens, creating a physical and emotional drain. Having a Buteyko practice was the missing piece for creating a healing foundation.
Learning the Buteyko method has given me a robust and well-rounded approach for helping my clients who struggle with asthma, chronic survival stress (anxiety), insomnia and other health conditions.
I’m looking forward to sharing this wonderful system with people who are seeking to reclaim their healthy breath. My goal is to educate my clients and teach them the exercises in a way that is interesting for them to do!
Over a five week program, we’ll build the foundation for you to shift towards health and vitality. When your breathing is healthy, all of your other health efforts have a great place to land.
My website as a Feldenkrais practitioner is Articulate Moves. I’m still building my Buteyko practice page, so please drop in and get to know me a bit in my Feldenkrais practice.

Thank you for taking time to read my bio. I am an ADAPT – Certified Functional Health Coach and Buteyko Breath Instructor. I believe wellness starts with foundations like breath, sun, sleep, and connection to both people and nature. You might be here because you wish something were different like your health, stress, diet, or sleep. Making real changes often feels difficult; too time-consuming. I specialize in wellness — one breath, one step, one habit, and one day at a time.
My wellness journey has been challenging. As an entrepreneur, educator, single mother, and caregiver, work-life balance has often seemed like an impossibility. Self-care was an elusive mythological creature. Our struggles are a part of our stories, but they don’t define us—they change and drive us. Through education and a strong support community, I continue to heal, regain my health, achieve goals, and find contentment and joy I once thought unattainable.
When we work together, you will find a safe, judgment-free place to be curious, explore, and create positive changes. I will partner with you crafting a vision and a plan to achieve it. I will help you find answers. Consider this my invitation to a complimentary conversation.
