Ciaran McKeown BA, MSc, Dip BBM
Ciaran a trained teacher and psychotherapist has been working in mental health and education since 2008.
He started his journey by learning the Buteyko Breathing Method from his brother Patrick McKeown to treat his anxiety and asthma, and then later moved on to teach it through voluntary and paid sessions.

He describes these methods as working together to lessen the intensity of felt negative emotions and to quieten the mind. You can find out more about this here: https://buteykohead.com/about-us/
He currently runs one on one online sessions for people experiencing anxiety, depression and poor anger management. Although he thinks everyone can benefit from managing their thoughts and emotions as this more than anything else determines how satisfying life is for us.
