I started teaching yoga, meditation, tai chi, and qigong in 2013. Since discovering the Buteyko breathing method in 2017, I have transformed my entire approach to teaching breathing and movement.
Having experienced the many benefits of functional breathing first-hand, I now find immense joy in helping others restore their breathing to its natural state, and learn a lot in the process.
I am especially interested in working with clients who struggle with anxiety and issues related to sleep, or simply want to improve overall fitness and develop a more mindful approach towards movement and exercise.
