Stacy Straight is a Registered Dental Hygienist in the northeastern part of Wyoming. Several years ago, in the office that she currently practices at, discovered the effects of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and the impact it has on one’s health, linking it to cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes and cancer. She became fascinated on how improper breathing circles back to this and was introduced to the Buteyko Breathing Method. As an asthma sufferer herself, this made her realize she had a dysfunctional breathing habit, and this journey has led her to a better quality of life by using the Buteyko Breathing Method. Since then she has become passionate in educating children and adults on the impact of proper breathing and assisting clients with sleep disorders, respiratory issues, anxiety/depression and enhancing sports performance.
