Buteyko Breathing Practitioners – Connecticut
Andrew Matusiak – Connecticut, USA
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in Litchfield County, Connecticut. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. My practice speciality is in the treatment of anxiety disorders and have found that the Buteyko Breathing Method is an excellent way to bridge the mind and the body into the most optimal outcomes. Along with treating anxiety disorders, I also work with individuals who are looking to increase overall fitness and athletic performance, along with supporting clients who want to increase focus and be more prepared to handle high level stress.
Brittny Sciarra – Connecticut, USA
Brittny earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011, from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, Boston, MA. Brittny is a certified orofacial myologist through the IAOM, qualified orofacial myologist through Neohealth Services, and Buteyko Breathing practitioner. She takes great pride in maintaining excellent rapport with her patients and patients’ families. It is one of the most rewarding facets of her job. She has experience with patients of all ages and symptoms, whether it’s sleep apnea, asthma, anxiety, etc. It is never too late to correct your breathing pattern. Brittny treats patients in the United States and around the world through tele-therapy. Brittny takes a passionate and optimistic approach in preventing and treating the causes of orofacial myofunctional disorders, getting to the root of the problem, instead of merely treating the symptoms. Brittny believes nasal breathing to be the foundation. Brittny is always looking to expand her knowledge and skills by taking courses and keeping up to date on current literature and best industry practices. She works collaboratively with dentists, orthodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons (OMFS), otolaryngologists (ENTs), speech language pathologists, and other local healthcare professionals.

She shares her message as an international speaker, a professional member of the National Speakers Association, and through online courses.
So how can she help you? Whether it’s one-on-one, a small group, or a large association, O2 TARA will work with you to tailor a plan that meets your individual goals. And she’ll do it with the heart and humor that endears her to clients.
