At Buteyko Malta Stephen Healey, being an asthmatic himself from the age of four, applied successfully this breathing method to resolve his breathing difficulties; he is now leading a normal life with no need for any medication. He decided to become a Buteyko instructor to train others to overcome their breathing problems. He is also a qualified Radiographer and read Biology at University level. Sima Hsiung

Sima is a Yoga Therapist from Taiwan, based on Malta and teach online.

Nasal congestion and rhinitis had accompanied her since childhood, but greatly improved thanks to Buteyko Method.

She is driven to help people with chronic nasal congestion, rhinitis, hay fever, and asthma.
